Bangalore: Devadiga Sangha, Bangalore celebrated 69th Independence day at our premises Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bangalore.

Our Chief Guest Dr. Mahabaleswara Bhat, Director – Global Institute of Management Science hoisted our tricolour flag at 9 AM on 15th  August 2015 and national anthem was sung in presence of our Executive Committee Sri O. M Devadiga- Vice President, Sri K Chandrashekar- General Secretary, Sri. Sudhakar Devadiga- Joint Secretary, Sri Rajnikant S Kudpi- Organising Secretary, Sri Rukumaiah Devadiga, Sri. Ramesh Devadiga, Secretary- Youth wing,  Sri. Ganesh Devadiga at our office Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bangalore.

While addressing the gathering Dr. Mahabaleswara Bhat told that we are celebrating 69th Independence day and as a nation we have achieved a lot and still have to progress. He particularly mentioned the country has to address the social issues and education to be given priority.

The K. Chandrashekar spoke about the vision of the Sangha and also about the completion of the building by end of 2016 and requested for the participation by the community. Later in the day different schemes was discussed  by the Executive committee to find way and means on completing our Devadiga Community Center.

It was a fruitful day and participation by one and all gave good positive feedback. We thank Sri Sudhakar Devadiga and his son Sri Tejas Devadiga for making arrangements early in the day.
